Over the past decade, I've relished working with companies of various sizes and structures, from early stage startups to nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies, to launch new products, services, and programs. The common thread running through these diverse professional experiences is a commitment to continuous learning, a passion for social innovation, and a desire to bring best practices from the business, tech, and design worlds to the causes and communities that need them most.

I studied English literature and American studies at Wellesley College and a love for the humanities heavily influences my creative process and how I navigate and work to solve problems. I approach product, program, and process development and design in much the same way as I approach writing a story or essay - simply put: define the thesis or theme, know your audience, conduct research, write an outline, create the first draft, get feedback on it, create a new draft, and keep iterating as much as possible until the deadline.

I'm happiest working with teams that value reflection as well as execution, and asking the right questions as well as giving the right answers.

In the wild, you might find me with my nose buried in a book, testing out new cookware and recipes, or revising my novel-in-progress. I'm always open to opportunities to learn and work on new projects, so please say hello!
